1. How To Remove Watermarks?

You may upgrade to the FaceMagic PRO version to remove watermarks.

2. PRO Version & Subscription Types

Subscriptions are automatically charged every billing period (whether monthly, annually, or another period), and you may be charged no more than 24 hours before the beginning of each billing period.

There are two types of subscription plans, all two provide the same benefits EXCEPT for the amount of Private Upload Features you get it for free:

  • Monthly subscription:
  1. Unlimited swaps
  2. Unlock all Pro contents
  3. Unlimited Private Photo Upload Features
  4. 20 Private video/GIF Upload Features
  5. Priority processing
  6. No watermark
  7. No Ads
  • Annually subscription:
  1. Unlimited swaps
  2. Unlock all Pro contents
  3. Unlimited Private Photo Upload Features
  4. 50 Private video/GIF Upload Features per Month
  5. Priority processing
  6. No watermark
  7. No Ads

The Monthly plan assumes that you pay every month.

The Annual plan assumes that you pay once a year a full amount for 12 months.

You will be able to see the cost of all plans right there in the PRO version section, currency and amounts depend on the country of your Google account's or Apple ID's origin.

3. Why Would I Have To Pay More After Subscribing?

FaceMagic offers you additional services or functions (also referred to as the “Private Upload Features” or the “uploads”) on the terms of paid subscription. The PRO subscription provides unlimited use for the in-app contents ONLY, which means the GIFs/photos/videos that we post publicly in FaceMagic. Please note that we do have some PRO contents in the app for our PRO subscribers. However, the Private Upload Feature is separate from the PRO subscription. We do charge more if you wish to upload more private contents.

  • For monthly PRO subscribers, we offer 20 Private Upload Features monthly.
  • For yearly PRO subscribers, we offer 50 Private Upload Features monthly.

*The upload limits only apply to videos and GIFs. The upload for photos is unlimited for PRO subscribers.

4. Can I Transfer PRO From iOS To Android?

Your subscription status is linked to a certain Apple ID or Google Play account that you have used to purchase it.

Unfortunately, different platforms are not interchangeable. This means that if you switched from iOS to Android or vice versa, you will not be able to transfer your subscription to your new device.

5. How To Use PRO On Different Devices?

One of the best features of our subscription plans is that you can use them on as many devices as you wish simultaneously. It doesn't matter if you have a new number, SIM card or device.

However, according to Google play store’s restriction, consumer products like the Private Upload Features are not transferable. Which means, if you switch devices, ONLY the subscription gets to transfer, but not the uploads that you purchased.

6. How To Restore My PRO?

Android

If your subscription plan is active, but PRO version seems to be unavailable, please do the following:

  • Check if you are signed under the same Google Play account that was used to purchase the subscription. (To see your current Google account, proceed to Google Play Store > tap on menu > your Google account will appear on the top of the page right under your avatar).
  • Change your current internet connection (try another Wi-Fi or mobile network).
  • Reinstall the application (delete it from your phone and then install it again from Google Play Store).

If all steps described above did not help, please follow these steps:

  • Proceed to payments.google.com > Other purchase activity > View purchases >  the order for your purchase of FaceMagic subscription. Find your Order ID in this receipt.
  • Email our support team (Settings > Support > email), describe the situation shortly and add your Order ID.

iOS

If your subscription plan is active but the PRO version seems to be unavailable, please do the following:

  • Check if you are signed under the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription.
  • Open FaceMagic and tap on the 'Restore' button on the subscription page.
  • If you see your purchase, restart the application and check if PRO version is available.
  • Change your internet connection (try another Wi-Fi or mobile network).
  • Reinstall the application (delete it from your device and then install it again from the App Store).

If all steps described above did not help, please follow these steps:

  • Proceed to Settings > Support > email. Describe the situation shortly and add your Order ID. Don't forget to mention all the steps that you have already tried.

7. Payment Issues / Can’t Pay

As you were charged directly by the App Store or Google Play Store, we kindly ask you to contact them for further assistance. Before that, here are the steps that may solve your problem:

  1. Review of Accepted Payment Methods
  2. Verify The Payment Information
  3. Not solved? Check the instructions at Google Play Store/App Store support pages.

8. Refund

FaceMagic does not handle refunds for subscriptions, as it is entirely dependent on App Store and Play Store policy. Developers cannot access users' payment information and account details. Your fees paid to FaceMagic may be refunded if required under the applicable laws or according to refund terms of Google Play Store and App Store.

9. Private Upload Has Failed, But The Amount Was Charged?

If your upload has failed, it will be restored automatically. Otherwise, please email our support team (Settings > Support > email), describe the situation shortly and add your user ID.
